We have just taken the new display model american fridge freezer from De Dietrich into our showroom, and it looks just amazing. The reaction from customers is superb already, this model has a mirrored front and the finish is just stunning.

De Dietrich

De Dietrich was founded in 1684 and the business was initially centred in the ironworking trade. De Dietrich gradually expanded into other areas such as the steel sector, decorative ironwork and railway rolling stock. It was not until two and a quarter centuries after its foundation that De Dietrich branched out into the domestic appliance market. Its début appliance in 1910 was the Mertzwiller Cooker.

Another Market First from De Dietrich

Famous for their pyroclean ovens, De Dietrich were the first to bring pyroclean to the kitchen appliance market. They have pushed the boat out again and have developed a stainless steel freestanding 120cm range cooker that has pyroclean in both ovens. This kind of oven has never been available in the United Kingdom and this level of technology is generally associated with built in ovens rather than freestanding cookers. 

So for a traditional style kitchen it would seem that this cooker has the best of both worlds- a traditional style combined with modern technology- and it will save on the housework!

De Dietrich Self Cleaning Ovens

Quite a lot of the time when a customer asks my advice on the type of oven they should go for, it is not just the way that the appliance cooks that they are looking for. The cooking is obviously the best part- it's the cleaning that gets to people. De Dietrich was the first manufacturer to provide the market with a self cleaning range cooker and it uses Pyroclean, which from the feedback that I get, really puts these appliances in another class to ovens that need to be cleaned by hand.
